Lydale began as a construction company back in 1978. Today, our team boasts well over a hundred years of combined experience in the construction, reconstruction, and building maintenance fields. Several of our project managers hold diplomas in Architectural Technology, while still others have achieved journeyman status in one or more building trades.

Our certified professionals analyze every aspect of a disaster claim and set out a restoration plan that gets the occupants (home or business) back in as quickly as possible. We’ll help determine if the building’s structure, finishing components, or contents need to be completely replaced, or if they can be effectively restored.

With the resources of six offices to draw upon, Lydale can take on any size reconstruction project, from single dwellings to multi-unit apartment complexes, offices and commercial buildings. We also provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for several national property management firms.
