Our four locations (Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton and Calgary) have the expertise of a diverse range of skilled employees and the ability to respond to large losses like a widespread flood, or a single loss such as a warehouse fire. It also means having the resources, processes and staff in place to react immediately when disaster strikes, without compromising customer service and quality.

Employee safety is extremely important to us. We have a fulltime Safety Officer that oversees and visits each office on a regular basis and each office has a Safety Designate that handles routine safety items. We also employ a certified in-house trainer to ensure IICRC standards are met by all employees.

We are certified to train insurance adjusters for continuing education credits, and have been the featured presenter at provincial IBAS and IBAA conferences.

The restoration of property and structures is very technical. We at Lydale go the extra mile to ensure customers and all persons involved  understand the process, and what can be restored or must be replaced while utilizing green technologies and the latest industry approved equipment.

Our full-disclosure billing means no secrets and no surprises. Our goal is to get things back to normal for you as quickly as possible. Sometimes this means it’s not possible to do a full and detailed estimate before rebuilding begins. For these situations, you can enjoy our “time-and-materials” arrangement. This billing process makes it easy for everyone to see exactly what has gone into each project. With our experience, we can accurately estimate the time and cost of materials and can show you our employee time summaries and copies of our supplier’s invoices, if required.
